The Emergency Service Department of Private Balat Or-Ahayim Hospital operates 24/7. Patients admitted to the emergency physicians following a triage process based on the urgency of their condition. Necessary interventions and procedures are then performed as required. If deemed necessary, patient consultations are conducted with specialists from other departments.

During working hours, the Emergency Service unit is supported by all medical departments available in the hospital. Outside of working hours, the Emergency Service is supported by on-call anesthesiologists and specialists from other departments, through their ICAPs (Personnel or specialists who can be called in case of need).

Our hospital provides 24-hours radiology support, allowing for imaging and laboratory tests to be conducted at any time. The ambulance service functions both as a patient transport service and pre-hospital medical care unit. Our Emergency Service provides ambulance services with a driver, nurse, and when necessary, a doctor, conducting 24-hour patient transfers within the city.
