Our Companion Policy
In order to provide the best service to our patients, we kindly ask all patients and their relatives to adhere to the following rules.

- Companions are kindly requested to care for their patients as permitted by the doctors’ directives and to comply with hospital rules.
- The number of companions is limited to one person.
- Companions under the age of 18 are not permitted.
- Any changes in companions must be reported to the nursing staff.
- Please do not bring electrical appliances (such as heaters, coffee machines, etc.) during your stay at the hospital.
- To ensure a peaceful environment, patients and their relatives are required to refrain from speaking loudly or causing noise in patient rooms and service corridors. Additionally, televisions in your rooms should be used in a manner that does not disturb others.
- Please do not leave jewellery and/or other valuable items in your room. Our institution will not be held responsible in case of loss.
- Completing your discharge procedures and vacating the room by 12:00 will assist us greatly.
- In our hospital, breakfast is served between 07:00 and 07:30, lunch between 12:00 and 13:00, and dinner between 17:30 and 18:30.
- During patients’ treatment and examination processes, companions are expected to leave the room to ensure patient privacy.
