Visitor Policy

The purpose of our visitor policy is to protect the health and safety of our patients and visitors.

  • Our visiting hours are from 10:00 to 22:00 every day.
  • For the health and safety of your children, children under the age of 12 should not be brought for visits.
  • Only two visitors are allowed in the patient’s room at same time. Having large number of visitors is detrimental to the health and safety of both patients and visitors.
  • If a visit is prohibited by the patient’s doctor for medical reasons, we kindly ask that visitors refrain from insisting. If you see a notice on the patient’s room door during a visit, please do not enter the room without consulting the nurse.
  • Please be mindful to keep your visits brief for the well-being of our patients.
  • During patients’ treatment and examination processes, visitors are expected to step out of the room to ensure patient privacy.
  • As our patients’ diets are specifically managed by our dietitian, please refrain from bringing food and beverages from outside.
  • Flowers are not permitted in patient rooms. Any flowers received will be stored in the main building’s waiting area, labelled with the patient’s full name, and a notification card will be sent to the patient’s room to inform them. If you wish, you may collect the flowers upon discharge by providing the patient’s full name.
  • For the health and well-being of both you and our patients, please refrain from smoking inside the hospital building and in patient rooms.
  • The hospital cafeteria is open for your convenience from 07:00 to 22:00 on weekdays, 07:00 to 18:00 on Saturdays, and 09:00 to 18:00 on Sundays. You may contact Balat Cafeteria at “1810”
  • You may meet your hot and cold water needs from the water dispensers available in our hospital. (The hygiene maintenance and testing of our water dispensers are conducted periodically under the supervision of the infection control committee.)

You can share your experiences, wishes, complaints, and suggestions regarding our hospital by filling out our Contract Form or requesting and submitting our Patient Satisfaction Survey.
